The Leadership Team is the Steering Committee for PLAC and meets once per month on the 1st Tuesday at 6PM on Zoom. 

If you are a parent/caregiver of an RCSD Student, You are a Part of PLAC and can be a member of the Leadership Team. 

The PLAC Leadership Team is the Steering Committee of the Parent Leadership Advisory Council of the Rochester City School District. To join the committee you MUST:

1. Be a Parent or Caregiver of an RCSD student who is enrolled for the 2024-25 School Year.  

2. Read the PLAC Bylaws

3. Commit to 1 Meeting via Zoom per month and be in-person or on zoom for 4 Membership Meetings per school year.
