REPUBLIC COMMANDOS (RC) CODE OF CONDUCT

As members of the Elite Republic Commandos, we uphold a code of conduct that reflects our commitment to excellence, discipline, and teamwork within the Clone Army. This code serves as a guide for our behavior, ensuring a cohesive and effective unit in all operations.

Exemplary Conduct:

• RC Personnel are expected to maintain a high standard of maturity and conduct at all times, both on and off duty. Our actions reflect not only upon ourselves but also upon the entire Clone Army. Upholding the values of discipline, respect, and integrity is paramount.

Adherence to Orders:

• RC Personnel shall diligently listen to and execute instructions and orders provided by higher-ranking officers. It is imperative that all orders adhere to the principles of legality and appropriateness. The success of our missions depends on the precise execution of directives from command.

Uniform Discipline:

• While on official duty, RC Personnel must wear their designated uniforms. Adhering to this uniform standard ensures a unified and professional appearance, reflecting the discipline and orderliness that define the Republic Commandos.

Addressing Superiors:

• RC Personnel are required to address each other using the proper chain of command. Regardless of personal relationships or familiarity, addressing superiors by their rank followed by their name is mandatory. For example, "Yes, Director JohnDoe." This practice fosters a culture of respect and reinforces the hierarchy within the unit.

Confidentiality and Security:

• RC Personnel must maintain the utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to missions, strategies, and the Clone Army as a whole. Security protocols must be strictly followed to ensure the safety and success of our operations.

Continuous Improvement:

• RC Personnel are encouraged to pursue continuous improvement in their skills and knowledge. Training and development opportunities provided by the Clone Army should be embraced to enhance individual and collective capabilities.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Success on the battlefield is a result of effective teamwork and collaboration. RC Personnel must work cohesively with fellow members, fostering an environment of trust and unity. Each member's unique skills contribute to the overall strength of the unit.
