We may collect your name, email address, phone number, user ID, profile information, and information you provide while using the app. We may also collect limited device and diagnostic data to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use this information to provide app features, manage user accounts, communicate with users, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We retain account and app data only for as long as your account remains active, as needed to provide the service, or as required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@reliefclix.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your request and process eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
Children
ReliefClix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
