To request deletion of your ReliefClix account and associated personal data, email support@reliefclix.com from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject “Delete my ReliefClix account” and include your registered email address and phone number so we can verify your request.
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deletion removes your account profile and associated personal information from ReliefClix systems. We may retain limited information only where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
