The Commonwealth Air Forces Ottawa Memorial commemorates the lives of approximately 800 Commonwealth flyers lost between 1939 and 1945 and who have no known graves

The Bomber Command Museum of Canada Memorial Wall commemorates the loss of 10,000 airmen. 

405 Sqn RCAF Halifax rear gunner Peter Dmytruk is memorialized in the village of  Les Martres-de-Veyre France where he fought with the Resistance and was executed after capture on December 9th, 1943
