Information

Both conferences will take place at CAAS in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Travel info:

Dubrovnik has an international airport with direct flights to many European airports and several daily flights to Zagreb. It is also served by Easyjet, Vueling and a few other low-cost airlines.
To get to the city from the airport you can take the airport shuttle bus for about 40hrk (= ~5.5€). This bus supposedly waits for every scheduled flight at the right-hand side outside of the airport arrivals terminal. You can also take a local bus that departs about once per hour (same price but with a 5% discount if you buy the ticket online). Note that the main bus station is kind of far from the old city.

Accomodation:

There is a limited number of rooms (single and double) available at the conference site itself - CAAS. You can reserve a room in CAAS using this form. They have some more information on the available rooms on their page.
Hotels and other types of accomodations should be easy to find in Dubrovnik. We have no suggestions as to where else (other than CAAS) to look for accomodation.
