The Site Director is a 35-year-old man from Belgium, he was raised in Belgium until he was 12, then he moved to Texas, United States. The parents are unknown and how the boy got in Texas is also unknown. The Foundation saw this happen and it did not feel right with them, so they kidnapped the boy and held him in containment. After 2 years of containment, the foundation found him capable of becoming a member of the foundation. He gained a lot of respect, went through the ranks of the Administrative Department and when he was 30, he got appointed as Site Director by informants of The Administrator.
