The Department External Affairs is responsible for the Foundation's foreign policy and relations along with working closely with the Intelligence Agency to keep the foundations relations and its affiliations safe. Its primary duties are advising the O5 Council, administering diplomatic missions, negotiating treaties and agreements, representing the Foundation among groups of interest, and Incident Investigation such as Containment Breaches.
