Grow a Garden is an idle video game released in March 2025. It is known for its record-setting concurrent player count, which reached a peak of 11.7 million players on May 31, 2025. On May 24, the game achieved a concurrent player count of at least 8 million players. The player begins with an empty plot of farmland and some currency to purchase seeds. By planting and harvesting crops, they can earn money to buy progressively more exotic plants, where it is visible to other players on the same server.
Games on Roblox greatly range in genre, and the content of these games effects its age rating. These ratings are broken into different age groups: everyone, and players over the age of 9, 13, or 17. Games that are restricted to players over the age of 17 require ID verification to access.
Due to Roblox's popularity, various games created on the site have grown in popularity, with some games having millions of monthly active players and 5,000 games having over a million visits. The rate of games reaching high player counts has increased annually, with it being reported that over seventy games reached a billion visits in 2022 alone, compared to the decade it took for the first ten games with that achievement to reach that number
