Please order all medications, blood, and fluids for ECMO STAT and communicate directly with pharmacy. Please be in contact with fellow/attending/APP about ECMO orders since each situation is unique. 

General Surgery and/or CT Surgery must be consulted and a formal ECMO activation needs to be placed as well - ask fellow/attending how to do this.
