Razer Synapse 3 Chroma Profiles Download

I have a razer black widow chroma keyboard and i have two profiles on it. One works fine and it saves my lighing but then second profile doesnt save and i have to re do the lighting effects when even i restart my pc. I went to offline mode and it fixed that but it also made the lighting effects lag. Has anyone else had this issue?
