I am a Stefan E. Warschawski Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Diego. My primary mentor is Brendon Rhoades.
I got my Ph.D at the University of California, Davis; my advisor was Erik Carlsson. I am interested in algebraic combinatorics, algebraic geometry, representation theory, and commutative algebra.
I am interested primarily in Macdonald polynomials, as well as their connection to Garsia-Haiman modules, the Hilbert Scheme of points in C^2, and conjectures about their connection to GKM (Goresky-Kottwitz-MacPherson) spaces. I am also in other related families of polynomials/modules/spaces, including Springer fibres, Hessenberg varieties, chromatic symmetric functions, diagonal coinvariants, generalized coinvariant algebras, parking functions, and more recently Sean Griffin's R_n,l,s modules.
