struggles students may be dealing with:
○ Worry, anxiety, fear
○ Irritability
○ Acting out (externalizing behaviors)
○ Difficulty concentrating
○ Eating and sleeping changes
○ Depression
○ Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Crisis Services
If you or a loved one are facing a behavioral health crisis, you can call one of the crisis lines serving all of Washington. Someone is available 24 hours day, 7 days a week to provide crisis intervention, support and referrals. You should always call 911 in life threatening situations.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 800-273-8255. Press 1 for the Veterans Helpline.
A state mental health crisis line (by county) should be able to help you with a therapy referral.
