Rave Watch Party App Download !FULL!

Hey sudoers, I'm new to linux and was wondering if you guys could help me out with this minor issue. While I was on Windows I used this application called Rave which allowed me and my friends to watch google drive videos in sync with each other. Turns out they do not have linux version of the application. So I was wondering if there are any alternatives that would allow me and my friends to watch google drive videos in sync with my friends. There's no way to edit the name, location, and photo once connected. Users can choose to co-watch with friends or join a watching party with strangers. If they choose to create their own Rave, they have a number of streaming options for video, such as YouTube, Reddit, Vimeo, Tubi, and Google Drive. Users who initiated the Rave must have an active account on the service and be willing to connect it with the app. They then set a privacy level: public (default), friends only, and invite only. The video plays on all the devices simultaneously and users can chat along. There's also the option for voice chat, as well as sing-alongs.

With privacy concerns as well as a clunky interface, it's hard to recommend this video co-watching solution. Rave - Watch Together is designed to meet a definite need. People want to be able to connect and share experiences with those who can't be in the same room. The flaw is that it tries to be too many things to too many people. While some users may love the social aspect of it and the ability to connect with new people, others may prefer a more anonymous experience or want to connect only with specific friends and family. Forcing people to log in with a real account and possibly use their real name, image, and location is a turnoff for the latter group. It's unfortunate that this basic feature, which should be the primary feature, is lost in all of the bells and whistles. Rave - Watch Together is free, so it's easy enough to test for yourself, but the lack of privacy and the challenging navigation make this a poor choice for kids.

In the late 1950s in London, England, the term "rave" was used to describe the "wild bohemian parties" of the Soho beatnik set.[12] Jazz musician Mick Mulligan, known for indulging in such excesses, had the nickname "king of the ravers".[13] In 1958, Buddy Holly recorded the hit "Rave On", citing the madness and frenzy of a feeling and the desire for it never to end.[14] The word "rave" was later used in the burgeoning mod youth culture of the early 1960s as the way to describe any wild party in general.
