You can delete your Rate Max account and all associated data in two ways:
Open the Rate Max app
Go to Profile (tap the person icon in the top right)
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision
Your account will be permanently deleted immediately
If you cannot access the app, email us at:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
Your registered email address
Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 48 hours.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
✅ Your email address
✅ Your display name
✅ Your user ID
✅ Your authentication credentials
✅ Your account profile
📱 All analysis history (stored locally on your device)
📱 All photos and results (stored locally on your device)
📱 All app preferences
Note: To fully remove local data from your device, you should also uninstall the app.
We do NOT store the following, so there's nothing to delete:
❌ Your photos - Never permanently stored
❌ Your facial analysis results - Stored only on your device
❌ Your analysis history - Local to your device only
❌ Biometric data - Not collected
Immediate Deletion: Your account and authentication data are deleted immediately upon request
Backup Systems: Your data will be removed from backup systems within 30 days
Legal Requirements: Some anonymized usage analytics may be retained for legal compliance, but these cannot be linked back to you
Once your account is deleted:
You cannot recover your account or data
You cannot log in to Rate Max
All local analysis history will remain on your device until you uninstall the app
You can create a new account anytime with the same or different email
If you only want to delete specific data without deleting your account:
Open the Rate Max app
Go to History
Tap the trash icon on individual analyses to delete them
Or tap "Clear All" to delete all history
Note: Since all photos and analysis results are stored only on your device, deleting them from the app removes them permanently. We have no server copies to delete.

Once you confirm account deletion, the process cannot be undone. If you contact us within 24 hours of deletion, we may be able to halt the process, but this is not guaranteed.
