Note: If you are an ally of any of the communities that are going through rough times, remember that your self-care cannot become a point of stagnation. Self-care is important for aspiring allies; but BIPOC folks, womxn in general, and, specifically, BIPOC womxn cannot turn off their trauma like how you turn off your phone.
