About

Resilience:

Resilience is one of the last "R"s that people think of, especially in turbulent times. Resilience is defined as "the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress". Resilience is what allows you to keep fighting, even when you're out of energy and feel like all hope is lost. In building resilience, you're resisting systems that seek to oppress and marginalize and destroy entire communities. Resilience is Resistance. Resilience is Revolution.
