🧼 What’s included in a guitar setup?
Each setup includes adjustments to the truss rod, action, and intonation, as well as a clean and polish. Premium and Full Revive setups include fretboard care, fret polishing, and more detailed hardware tweaks. You’ll see the full breakdown on the Services page.
🎸 Do you work on all types of guitars?
I currently focus on electric and bass guitars, but I can do basic setup and cleaning on most electric, acoustic and bass guitars. For complex electronics work or vintage instruments, ask first.
📍 Where are you based?
I operate mainly in London and the surrounding areas but can work anywhere in the UK for larger on site jobs.
🛒 Can I buy parts without booking a service?
Parts and accessories are only sold:
As part of a booked job, or
On standalone orders over £75
This helps me manage stock and prioritise service work.
💳 How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or bank transfer at the time of collection. I’ll confirm the total before returning your guitar. If you'd prefer to pre-pay, that can be arranged too.
🖼️ Will you post my guitar on social media?
I may post a photo of your guitar (never with your name or personal info) on Instagram or other platforms. If you’d rather I didn’t, just say so—totally fine.
🕒 How long does a setup take?
Most setups are done within 2–3 days, depending on my queue and work required on your instrument. I’ll let you know a time estimate when you book.
I aim to be fair and reasonable—if something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll talk it through.
