I am a Postdoc at the University of Innsbruck and hold a doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim. 

In my research, I apply experimental methods (mainly field and online experiments) to advance our understanding of pro-social behavior in society and organizations. I shed light on the determinants of pro-social behavior, identify effective mechanisms to facilitate it, and strive to uncover fundamental aspects of individuals' decision-making. My current projects focus on charitable giving, pro-environmental behavior, and motivated reasoning.
