March 15-22 2024: I participate in the 2024 Barbados Graph Theory Workshop, organized by Paul Seymour, Sergey Norin, and David Wood. I give a survey-talk about "Digraphs with high out-degrees".
January 21-26 2024: I participate in the Oberwolfach Workshop on Discrete Geometry. I give a talk on "Embedding planar graphs on point-sets: Problems and new results".
January 12 2024: I give a talk in the research seminar of the Discrete Mathematics group at TU Berlin, with the title "Chromatic number is not tournament-local".
January 11 2024: I give a talk in the research seminar of the Combinatorics & Graph Theory group at FU Berlin, about Hadwiger's conjecture and topological lower bounds on the chromatic number.
January 8 2024: I give a Monday lecture at FU Berlin on the complexity of computing shortest paths on combinatorially-defined polytopes.
November 20-24 2023: I am research-visiting Alex Scott at Merton College in Oxford. I give a talk in the Oxford Combinatorial Theory Seminar about embedding planar graphs on point sets.
September 1st 2023: I am starting my Ambizione project Graph coloring motivated by Hadwiger's conjecture, funded by my new Ambizione grant which was given to me by the SNSF and runs for a span of 4 years. The project comes with additional funding for my first own PhD student, Micha Christoph.
June 9-16 2023: I am research-visiting Sergey Norin at McGill University
June 5-8 2023: I am an invited speaker at the Minisymposium on Structural Graph Theory at Canadam 2023, talking about new results and problems on digraphs of large outdegree
April 17-23 2023: I participate in the MATRIX-IBS Structural Graph Theory Workshop Downunder III at the MATRIX Mathematical Research Institute close to Melbourne in Australia, and give an invited talk about recent progress on variants of Hadwiger's conjecture

February 4-18 2023: I am research-visiting the discrete mathematics group of Prof. Sang-il Oum at the Institute for Basic Science in Daejeon, South Korea. I give a talk on a strengthening of Hadwiger's conjecture. Youtube recording

August 31 2022: I give a talk in the Virtual Discrete Math Colloquium of the Discrete Math Group at IBS
August 1-5 2022: I participate at the Random Structures & Algorithms conference 2022. I finish 7th at the random run.
July 29 2022: I am giving a talk in the seminar of the discrete math group of Stefan Felsner at TU Berlin about Odd Hadwiger for line graphs.
July 18-22 2022: I participate and give a talk at the Young researchers in combinatorics workshop in Edinburgh
June 27-July 1 2022: I participate and give a talk at the Third southwestern german workshop on graph theory in Heidelberg
April 4-8 2022: Together with Jean-Sébastien Sereni and Sebastian Wiederrecht I am organizing an online workshop on directed minors and digraph structure theory. February 24 2022: I am giving an online talk at the discrete math seminar of FU Hagen on the disproof of a conjecture by Woodall.
February 7-12 2022: I am visiting ENS Paris to do research with Pierre Aboulker, Pierre Charbit and their PhD student Guillaume Aubian on digraph colorings.
January 31-February 4 2022: I am research-visiting the discrete math group of Stefan Felsner at TU Berlin. I am giving a talk in their seminar on cycles modulo k in expander graphs.
