Analysed Mass-spectrometry-based proteomic data sets of COVID-19 plasma samples
Using Orbitrap Fusion LC− MS/MS-based label-free quantification, identified the proteins present in the plasma samples, with the help of a software named Max Quant
Performed secondary data analysis with MetaboAnalyst software & revealed the significantly Differentially Expressed Proteins (DEPs) in the COVID-19 disease
Performed the protein−protein interaction analysis and pathway mapping, using String and Reactome softwares, respectively
Integrated pathway analysis using distinct proteomic signatures revealed alterations in complement and coagulation cascade, platelet aggregation, myeloid leukocyte activation pathway, and arginine metabolism

Uncovering the biology of CSCs in carcinogenesis and metastasis is critical for the development of innovative treatments that will completely eliminate CSCs and improve therapy options
CSCs is being summarised as essential drivers of tumour development in this review, emphasising their behaviours and roles in the many stages of cancer, including tumour initiation, promotion, and metastasis
CSCs as prospective therapeutic targets is critical in creating cancer-controlling medicines and achieving better clinical outcomes in patients

Elucidated the potential role of Silymarin as an anti-cancer agent on the mammalian cancer cell-line
Performed cell-culture studies and evaluated the drug effect on HCT-15 cell line by various biochemical assays such as Cytotoxicity assay (MTT Assay), LDH Assay, Lactate Assay, and methods such as Trypan blue exclusion method, Acridine Orange/Ethidium Bromide Staining, ROS estimation by NBT method

Evaluated the effect of pesticide poisoning in farmers of Eastern India, to catch on a plausible solution
Auditioned almost 50 chemicals, among which alpha cypermethrin, phorate, Fenobucarb, Buprofezin and mancozeb were further studied
Performed molecular docking using AutoVina program with 121p GTPase H-Ras, Torpedo acetylcholinesterase and Trypanosoma phosphoglycerate kinase
Revealed that these chemicals show affinity to bind these proteins with a higher binding interaction
Tested the reported pesticide absorbent Humic acid, which showed a lower but significant affinity towards the organic nonionic chemicals. From our in-silico findings, we have hypothesized that Peptide based matrix or Humic acid – hydrogel/ Humic acid-nano particle matrix can be good candidates to prepare blended masks to trap Cidal spray components

Comparatively analysed the faunal diversity of Zooplanktons for two seasons, ecological significance of this faunal community & made a People’s Biodiversity Register (PBR)
Executed Sampling of water, analysed physical and chemical properties by portable water analysis kit and investigated these parameters for the growth of several larvivorous fishes, responsible for the biological control of mosquito-borne diseases
An educational field trip was conducted to the Tadoba-Andheri Tiger Reserve, Maharashtra during my three years curriculum of B.Sc. Studied about the biotic and abiotic components of the ecosystem, the impact of man-animal conflict on wildlife and ecosystem, performed biochemical analysis of the soil and water and studied the different types of biodiversity
