Your temperature will be checked daily at the start of your shift. Anyone with a temperature of 100+ will be unable to work
You will have to participate in a smell test at the start of your shift. You will have to identify the fragrance and pick from a list of options in order to proceed in working your shift.
Email 1 will only take you a couple of minutes to complete.
Email 2 will take 30 to 45 minutes to complete.
This email includes 35 to 40 documents that you will consent to or accept. Some documents that are included: W4 (tax information), payment form (how you want to get paid each week: direct deposit or the money network card), I9 (verify you are legal to work in the US)
If you have any questions about the emails, text us at 540.255.0965. These emails must be completed immediately. If you have an issue with completing the emails and cannot figure it out before the day you start, please report 30 to 45 minutes early we can help you.
This badge is needed to enter through door 6 each day.
They should be used for at least 30 days. You must bring your safety glasses with you every day. If you forget them, lose them, don’t bring them - you will be charged $2 for another pair.
NO JEWELRY
NO tongue rings, nose rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, fit bits, etc.
wedding rings must be band only and cannot have any stones, no other rings are allowed.
ONLY A HAIRNET CAN BE WORN ON YOUR HEAD WHILE ON THE PRODUCTION FLOOR
HAIRNETS will be provided for you each day. Please discard hairnet, beard net, gloves when going to the restroom and on break. Always obtain a new hairnet, beard net and gloves when returning to the production floor.
NO hats, toboggans, bandanas, scarfs, wave caps, etc.
CLEAR BAG
Make sure to carry all personal belongings in a CLEAR BAG for each entry and departure for your bag will be searched. No backpacks, purses, lunch boxes etc, unless they are clear.
NO CELL PHONES ALLOWED ON PRODUCTION FLOOR
If you are caught using or even looking at your phone while on the production floor, you will be terminated immediately.
DRESS CODE
Closed toed, closed heel shoes (tennis shoes or boots) NO sandals, flip flops, crocs, slides
long jeans of khakis (no skin showing from waist to ankles) Pants must cover ankles. NO shorts, cut off pants or capris, leggings/sweat pants. Jeans with rips, tears or holes must have something wore underneath them.
shirts must have a sleeve (long sleeve or short sleeve) NO tank tops, cut off sleeves, cap sleeves, cold shoulder shirts.
TOBACCO
Tobacco use is only allowed in designated areas
A designated area is located behind the building and can only be accessed during breaks. You are also allowed to smoke on the sidewalk leading to the bus stop. NO smoking allowed on any other sidewalk or in the parking lot.
USE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO CLOCK IN/OUT
You will complete 2 punches each day…IN and OUT.
DO NOT clock out for breaks and DO NOT clock in more than 7 minutes early.
Clock out as soon as you leave your production line each day. (5 minute window)
Enter in last 4 of your social, your name will appear to the top left of the touch screen, choose your name then select IN or OUT
Lockers are located in the second room on the Randstad hallway.
If you choose to use a locker, bring your own lock and find a locker that is empty. Always take your lock home with you so the next shift can use that locker.
You are given two breaks. One 30 minute lunch break (paid) and one 15 minute break (unpaid).
If you are late returning back from breaks, you will receive ½ point. Reporting late may result in being sent home.
You are required to pick the days you plan to work each week on the Shiftboard App.
ON YOUR FIRST DAY, you are given a membership to login to Shiftboard, this membership is NOT active until the first day you clock in.
Once you are active, READ and FOLLOW the directions located in the orientation packet (21 steps located on back of WePlan page)
EVERY WEDNESDAY we will load the following week, you have until 11pm each Thursday to go in and pick your days. You must choose at least 4 days to remain full time and 2 days part time.
The days you choose will turn GREEN, those are the days you are required to report. Once you have chosen your days each Thursday, you cannot un-assign yourself. Notify us by text if you need a day removed. You must request the removal at least 48 hours in advance.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED YOUR DAYS BY FRIDAY, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SCHEDULED FOR EVERYDAY AVAILABLE (including weekend days) IF YOU DO NOT REPORT, YOU WILL ACCRUE POINTS.

We will complete your schedule for your first week. It will be your responsibility to do the following week. Unless otherwise notified, you will be scheduled Mon-Fri on your first week.
You are required to fill out a leave early slip anytime you leave before your normal end time. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please fill out the slip and place it in the correct shift box hanging on the wall beside the Randstad office. Blank slips are located beside the boxes. If you leave and do not fill out a slip, you will receive ½ point.
REASONS: sick, sent home, volunteer, emergency, work is done…. All these reasons will require a leave early slip.
IMPORTANT…IF YOU LEAVE FOR A PERSONAL REASON AND YOU DO NOT NOTIFY YOUR LINE LEAD AND SUPERVISOR, YOUR ASSIGNMENT WILL END FOR JOB ABANDONMENT. Filling out a slip, clocking out and then leaving is not acceptable, you must notify your line lead and supervisor.

Anytime you do not report on a day that is GREEN on Shiftboard, you will get points. If you need to be off for an appointment or any other reason, do not pick that day of the week on Thursdays when you schedule yourself.
