What will my job responsibilities be?
To safely and accurately assemble meal kits for one of the leading meal kit delivery companies in the world.
When will I be paid, and what is the pay rate?
The talent pay period each week is Monday through Sunday, with guaranteed weekly pay on Fridays.
$16.75-$18.75 per hour depending on assigned role and shift.
How will I be trained? Â
Factor hosts a (compensated) comprehensive workshop for all new hires, referred to as "Day 0" where you will be introduced to the work environment, Factor policies, and the overall concept of the role. During your first shift, you will receive practical (hands on) training on assembly by your line leadership.
What are the hours of operation?
Shift start/stop times vary depending on your assignment.Â
1st shift typically begins between 4:00am and 8:30am, and ends between 2:30pm and 7:00pm.Â
2nd shift typically begins between 2:00pm and 2:30pm, and ends between 12:30am and 1:00am.
3rd shift typically begins between 6:00pm and 12:30am, and ends between 3:30am and 9:00am.
Will I be scheduled to work holidays?
While Factor puts forth effort to allow time off during the holidays, holiday shifts are ultimately dependent upon production needs

How do I report an injury or near miss?

Can I leave for lunch?
The Goodyear, Arizona Factor distribution center is a closed campus, with scheduled lunch that lasts 30 minutes for talent.
What happens if I lose my badge?
You will be required to contact your Randstad Site Team for replacement: 623-400-8290
Each talent may receive up to 4 warnings
The 5th occurrence will result in termination

What do I do if I need to call off?

Do I have paid sick time I can use?
Any time off balances accrued by talent can be viewed via Workplace. Information on how to log in to Workplace is located here.
Can I pick up a shift to make up time?
Independent shift selection / makeup shifts are not options at this time
On occasion, Voluntary Extra Hours are offered to talent. In the event of this offering, your Randstad Site Team will notify you
Can I change my shift?
While it is extremely rare for a shift change request to be approved, we do encourage you to reach out to your Randstad Site Team to explain the hardship associated with your current schedule. Upon receipt, we we will pursue approval of the change in hopes of keeping you as a member of our team.Â
