Did You Know Cantil has such HIGH WINDS on a regular basis. I bet We beat Chicago who is referred to as the WINDY CITY.
Our Mission serving the community of RANCHO SECO our members fresh clean healthy drinking water as a 501 (C) 3 NON-PROFIT. Our members keep their water rights with their land and are in control of their water company through active membership, voting, and volunteerism for the needs resources and opportunities available and demanded of every water purveyor in the State. Through a strong sense of community service we can accomplish anything we put our minds to.
