Polocrosse combines the speed, agility and horsemanship of polo with the precise racket and ball handling skills of lacrosse.   A sister sport of Polo, it is played with a soft ball and a racquet with a net.   

Anyone can play polocrosse, on any horse - all breeds of horse and pony can play, and you only need ONE horse.   New & seasoned riders, young & old - there are divisions to accommodate everyone.

New and visiting players are always welcome.  Come play with us!  It's the most fun you will have on a horse.

Ranahan Polocrosse Club is proud to be a family oriented club with focus on the development and growth of players and horse people, both young and old.

Ranahan Polocrosse Club plays just west of Okotoks off the Hogg Park road.  The season runs from May until August with practices, jackpots and tournaments.
