I graduated from BITS-Pilani, Hyderbad as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer in 2015. Following, I worked as an Analog IC design engineer for 3 years in Silicon Image and Lattice semiconductors, Hyderabad. Thereafter, I changed my career path to Cognitive Science to study human mind. I did my Masters in Cognitive Science at CBCS, University of Allahabad. For my thesis, I studied visual space-time trade-offs in resolution when attentional scope is modulated. Currently, I am a PhD student in Prof. Narayanan Srinivasan's lab at IIT Kanpur. For my PhD, I am studying temporal organisation of perceptual content over brief durations (best described as the psychological 'now').
Besides work, I love to go on treks, I indulge myself in occaisonal poetry and photography. I am trained in Carnatic Music (vocals & violin). I am also a senior editor of a digital cultural magazine called Tarang.
