Out-of-Network Reimbursement
I operate as a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. This standard private practice model gives us total flexibility over your treatment length, frequency, and care plan without insurance company restrictions.
However, many health insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits. I am happy to provide you with a monthly itemized receipt called a "Superbill". You can submit this directly to your insurance company to request partial reimbursement, depending on your plan's specific out-of-network coverage guidelines.
Sliding Scale Options
I believe quality therapy should be accessible. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots in my practice for clients who are experiencing financial hardship or cannot afford the full standard rate.
