I operate from a steady belief that you are the true expert on your own life. Rather than acting as an unapproachable authority, I view therapy as a true collaboration—combining your self-knowledge with my clinical experience to ease life's burdens and uncover your path forward.
Professional Experience
Throughout my career, I have dedicated my practice to standing alongside marginalized and underserved communities. Over the past ten years, my work as a psychotherapist, case manager, and supervisor has allowed me to care for individuals from ages 5 to 80. I have provided therapeutic support and advocacy across community mental health hubs, school systems, immigration nonprofits, and special needs foster care networks.
Culturally Responsive & Identity-Affirming Focus
Trauma-Informed Care: Extensive experience supporting unaccompanied immigrant families navigating displacement, as well as partnering with remote Indigenous communities confronting ongoing colinization and systemic oppression.
Bilingual Services: Fluent in Spanish and English, offering a welcoming space where you can express yourself in whichever language feels most comforting.
Neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ Support: Dedicated experience guiding neurodivergent youth and adults to build sustainable household routines, and supporting LGBTQ+ teens while coming out and adults navigate major life transitions.
I bring a trauma-informed, identity-affirming lens to my practice, informed by my own lived experience as a queer individual with ADHD.
