Membership

Library Services are open for its registered members. Every student of any stream, faculties and staffs can be a member of the library.

Enrollment :

1. To became a member digitally filled up form along with a passport photograph and academic fee structure book should be submitted at the concerned desk.

2. Within one week members will get their library cards i.e. Lending Card and Reading Card.

3. While receiving library cards members have to produce their fee Structure Book.

4. Library cards issued to the members are the property of college library. Members must surrender their cards to the library before leaving the college at the end of their course.

5. Members have to bring their library cards while accessing the library materials.

6. Library cards is one kind of ID-card so keep it safe. Member is liable for any misuse of library card by others.

7. In the event of loss or theft of the library card, the member should immediately inform the circulation counter of the library.

8. After submitting an written application a duplicate card shall be issued on payment of Rs. 20.00.

9. Members have to surrender their cards and collect the "Library Clearance Certificate" to collect the final mark sheet.
