Description: The interior of this penthouse consists of two floors, the lower floor has the guest area with double height and dining room, also a living room with its private toilet and a kitchenette/Bar, and a playroom lounge considered a smoking area is connected to a private office. interior staircase in steel and marble serves as vertical circulation inside the house. Going to the upper floor a linear corridor gives accessibility to two small bedrooms with there own bathrooms and walk in closets and one master bedroom with sitting tv area central decorative closet and walk in closet and private bathroom.

The project is considered luxurious and modern.

Objective: Delivering high end product in a timely manner, prepare execution portfolio, define project requirements, set costs and project fees according to budget and set project timeline. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing, produce “sample” and “mood products” in coordination with clients that matches the Design. Work closely and follow up with Clients, suppliers, contractors and engineers with different scope of works. Weekly site supervision were conducted.
