Responsible of the transition between conceptual design and development phase, prepare execution portfolio, interfere with design decisions to maintain proper technical solutions, define project requirements, set costs and project fees according to budget and set project timeline. Research and decide on materials and products sourcing, produce “sample” and “mood products” in coordination with clients. Work closely and follow up with Clients, suppliers, contractors and engineers with different scope of works. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
