Generalized Programs

Alpha
This is the name for the base level of programming that almost all programs build upon. It is when you have forced alignment/allegiance to the programmer(s) and their ideologies, ideals, and similar. 

Amnesia
Programs that when triggered cause amnesia. In systems this may a part/alter that fronts and makes the system forget things. 

Bells Of Death
This describes programs associated with sounds of bells, other times beeps and similar noises. Usually this is for either Delta (violence) or Omega (self-injury/destruction). This is very commonly paired with Theta (religious) programming.

Beta
This is the name for sexual programming. It isn’t one specific program- more so an umbrella term for all programs that are sexual in nature. Many people with these programs may struggle with things like sexual self-harm, inability for their consent at times to be genuine or trusted, and so on.

Chi
Chi is also known as Callback. This is programming that results in the victim trying to go back to their abusers. This can lead to fugue episodes and also is part of what makes getting away hard for so many people.

Delta
This is the name for programming surrounding forced perpetration- often in the form of violence. Not all forms of forced perpetration end in murder- however it all remains in the realm of violence primarily. This comes with the goal to make the victim physically harm another person.

Epsilon
This is also known as dehumanization programming. In systems alters may be programmed to be animalistic as opposed to organically developing that way. What each animal means and what roles they fill will vary a lot depending on who the programmer was.

Eta
This is the name for programming that makes the victim believe that the abuse and harm will never end and is simply inevitable. This may also include feeling that the abusers you had will always get away with everything and will never be caught forever. 

Gamma
This is programming related to loyalty- specifically loyalty to one's abusers or the ideology of their abusers. There’s a variety of ways this can present and it can at times be tied up in other programs. Sometimes it’s out of things like familiar ties, religious devotion, and allegiance in general to a group.

Insomnia
This is any and all programming associated with insomnia. This kind of programming may at times lead to issues such as sleep deprivation, sluggishness, and having more trouble thinking at times.

Iota
This is programming related to self-isolation. It can present in a variety of ways and may in some cases look similar to agoraphobia. Someone with this programming may not be able to bring themselves to leave their house or their room aside from obligations- and sometimes even not be able to make obligations. Systems with this programming may also have this carry over to the inner world or manifestations of alters actions. Alters may hide away and seal themselves off from any contact from the rest of the system.

Military
This is programming that reinforces the idea of the survival of the fittest. The strong survive the weak die. Often victims are made to go through excruciating experiences. This may culminate in fighting with other victims. 

Monarch
Originally this was coined in reference to the CIA project monarch. One of the known attempts at mind control. It has grown out to now often in the community being used as a catch all for all governmental abuse related programs. Governmental abuse can occur due to a variety of circumstances. Monarch and similar programs tend to be related to connection with federal agents at least in the USA. (Things like having been an actual agent yourself, having had family members who were agents end up forcing you to go through training because they were triggered to train you, etc.)

Narco
This is programming related to sleep- primarily causing extreme tiredness and sleepiness. It can include being triggered into slumber/sleep by specific environmental factors, struggling to stay awake upon researching things that would possibly allow you to make more sense of your trauma, and similar. 

Omega
This is programming related to self harm. Though the main usage of this term is for programs that cause the victim to harm themselves physically or become suicidal (at time leading to attempts) it is also sometimes used to describe other forms of self harm. This can range from refusal to treat wounds or injuries, emotional self harm, and other programs such as the one above, Iota (self isolation).

Scramble
This is a program that when triggered often causes the victim to be unable to properly articulate their words, comprehend their own thoughts, or make much sense at all. Words may become choppy and hard to comprehend. This is done with the purpose of silencing the victim.

Sedation
When such a program is triggered the victim will act almost as if they were sedated. Often it is done to people with other programs such as Delta (violence). 

Sigma
A broad term for programs around survival (particularly in the wilderness). Often overlaps with Iota or Military. 

Silence
When triggered it becomes physically difficult for the victim to speak. Often they will not be able to comprehend things for a period of time as well on the level that is their baseline. This can also lead to shutdowns where the victim may almost seem catatonic for a period of time.

Theta
This is programming related to religion and religiosity. It is usually tied to ritual abuse.A victim with this type of programming may engage in rituals they were made to perform, follow religious practices they no longer believe, or similar.

Vigilante
A program that makes the individual believe they are alone in the world and everyone is out to get them. The victim is forced to take on roles of caring for themselves in isolation in ways most people don’t have to- and often is trained in survival skills. This also often includes not caring about the law and doing whatever it takes to meet their own ends. Very often this exists to reinforce things like Delta.

Zeta
This is programming that causes the victim to be desensitized to the abuse inflicted on them or others. This may lead the victim to feeling neutral about everything that occurred to them or to things they see, or in some cases feel or seem to have enjoyment from their own brutalization or forced subjection to the brutalization of others they endured in their trauma.

Organizational Programming

Card
This is programming associated with cards. In systems often alters may be associated by name or otherwise with specific playing cards. Often with the specifics about the card determining meaning. The meaning of each card will vary from group to group and possibly programmer to programmer.

Dice
Another organizational program- this time in the form of association with sides of a die. 

Flower
Another organizational program that is based on flowers.

Gemstone
This is very commonly associated with organizational programs. Often with things being based upon certain gemstones. This is also sometimes found from rewards for specific gemstones after specific actions to reinforce a connection.

Jewel
Similar to gemstone programming, however, jewels are used instead.

Metal
Another organizational program around metals.

Number
Often people with this program will find a very large amount of meaning in numbers. In systems there may be numerous alters who correlate to specific numbers and the way these numbers go together may have some significant meaning.

Routine
This is often found in scripted programs. Individuals (often more so alters) are given a specific routine to complete. If the victim fails to complete this task often another program will be triggered as a form of punishment.

Script
This is a category of programming that follows a story or certain media most often. However it also is used at times in reference to things like Number or Gem programs. Scripts are organizational and tend to be a format that numerous alters (when it comes to systems) follow. This often comes with the way a system is mapped out, specific roles for alters, specifics triggers, and fronting patterns as well.

System Functions

Kaleidoscope
A form of spins and scrambles. It is associated with being made disoriented with lights and the way they are positioned. Often victims experience it in real life before it is programmed into their brain. In which systems may find it happening again in the inner world as a deterrent from learning or remembering any more.

Lantern
Another program that is primarily used to modify a system’s inner world. Very often this is tied to Theta (religious programming). There may be lanterns or lights within the inner world and darkness in areas one is not supposed to explore. It is heavily pressured into most alters that going into the darkness is horrific and dangerous as a deterrent from discovering more.

Last Dawn
This is programming used by doomsday groups with the belief of a set date for the end of the world. Every day the victim is told the world will end by the morning. This often gets enforced into systems with their fronting patterns and amnesia. A part will be taught this throughout the day and the next day amnesia and a new part brought forward to continue the cycle.

Spider Web/Spider In The Web
This is another inner world function program that affects systems. Often an internal handler or programmer (or otherwise gatekeeper) will be put in the center of either a literal or metaphorical web. They are there to guard an area from people going in or out without their permission. Often the “spider” (the alter acting as a guard) will be triggered to restrain or entrap other alters for one reason or another. Either getting them away from the guarded area or forcing them into it and trapping them.

Spin
A spin program being triggered may be experienced in a variety of ways. Sometimes it comes with the somatic feeling of spinning, or a fronting alter may literally be triggered to spin. Other times it is metaphorical and happens often in a system’s innerworld where an alter will spin out causing waves of painful or difficult emotions to go throughout the system. Sometimes it also comes with sending massive amounts of programmed urges around the system as well.

Sexual Abuse

SA
Sexual Abuse & Sexual Assault

CSA
Child Sexual Abuse & Child Sexual Assault

MCSA
Mother Child Sexual Abuse (mothers abusing their own child sexually)

FCSA
Father Child Sexual Abuse (fathers abusing their own child sexually)

COCSA
Child On Child Sexual Abuse (children sexually abusing other children- an older or younger child can be the victim)

ACSA
Animal Child Sexual Abuse  (often comes from abusers training animals to abuse children)
Not to be confused with the organization ACSA which is something built to help adults who were survivors of CSA as children.

NCCSA
Non-Contact Child Sexual Abuse  (sexual abuse that does not involve physical contact with the victim)

NCSA
Non-Contact Sexual Abuse (same as above but this one is the general term for victims of all ages and not just those victimized as children)

Incest
Typically sexual abuse between blood family (often also happens with adopted family and foster family though that dynamic may be a bit different in some cases). The most known would tie back to MCSA & FCSA but also grooming and eventual relations with adult children occur, sibling on sibling abuse, cousin on cousin, aunts and uncles may abuse their nieces and nephews, and so on. The is a very broad thing and describes a lot of situations. 

Covert Incest (aka Emotional Incest)
A form of incest that is not characterized by overt or obvious types of abuse. Sometimes covert incest comes with NCCSA/NCSA- other times no form of SA occurs. According to an article by Medical News Today "Emotional incest happens when a parent or caregiver depends on a child for the emotional needs that a romantic partner would otherwise offer. Another term for it is covert incest. It does not include sexual abuse." The reason for us stating it can include NCCSA/NCSA is because this is still based primarily around community usage- in which some individuals will refer to NCCSA/NCSA such as parents walking around naked in front of them or showing them porn as covert incest as many do not know what NCCSA/NCSA is.

Covert SA
Forms of sexual abuse that are not often understood as most people as sexual abuse. This includes NCCSA/NCSA. This also has a lot of overlap with covert incest due to the nature of it's covertness and at times sexual themes. Covert SA can include being forced or coerced into viewing of pornographic materials against one's wishes or consent, someone stripping in front of your or being naked around you after you have told them you are not okay with it, uncomfortable touching that isn't on genitalia, grooming with express intent to form a sexual relationship, and SA that isn't fully understood as SA (like having a consensual encounter be in part nonconsensual but not understand at the time your consent was partially violated- sometimes this however is rape and may not per se be covert as it is overt but due to lack of education on consent some people will not realize and have similar experiences to those of victims of other forms of covert SA).

Virtual Trafficking
There is a variety in ways this can occur. Sometimes it includes abuse victims being forced to perform on livestreams for others without their consent- other times it is being assaulted and having that livestreamed. Usually an abuser is present in person with the individual however in cases such as LCSE a child can be trafficked virtually without ever interacting in person with the traffickers.

Miscellaneous

FGM
Female Genital Mutilation. This is primarily talked about in reference to things that occur in Africa and in some cultures- however a lot of victims of trafficking experience various forms of this. UNFPA goes more in depth on it. There are other kinds that do happen to traditionally AMAB parts as well as various forms of intersex anatomy however I have only seen FGM be abbreviated.

Ideological Abuse
Abuse defended by or using an ideology

Institutional Abuse
According to the Mend Project "Institutional abuse occurs when there is the mistreatment of a person from a system of power, such as a corporation, hospital, nursing facility, school, or religious organization."

LCSE
Livestreaming Child Sexual Exploitation. This overlaps with virtual trafficking.

TBMC
Trauma Based Mind Control. Basically an extreme form of conditioning where a victim is tortured until they "snap" and enter an extremely dissociative state and thus are able to be deeply manipulated and have parts of their mind and thinking warped.

DBMC
Drug Based Mind Control. Similar to TBMC but with the usage of illicit substances instead of torture to cause the same amount of dissociation and vulnerability to suggestion.

HBMC
Hypnosis Based Mind Control. Also similar to TBMC and DBMC but done with hypnosis. This tends to be a bit weaker than the other two but that may not always be the case. People have different propensities for hypnotic states and have different levels of the way hypnosis makes them suggestible- but again the goal with this is to be able to do the same as the other two.

Parentification
A child being forced to take on the role of a parental figure. This can either be to their siblings or their own parents.

Enmeshment
The blending of boundaries to such a degree that there is confusion on what normalcy is. There can be little to no boundaries leading to issues such as covert or overt incest in families, unreasonable overbearing involvement in the life of a partner or friend to the point you cannot separate from them without destroying most of what your life is built on, and so forth.

Forced Perpetration/Criminalization
One of the most misunderstood experiences that isn't uncommon for victims of ritual abuse, mind control, and especially organized abuse is experiences with forced perpetration. Forced perpetration is also commonly referred to as forced criminality- however the broader term of perpetration is used to also include things that are immoral but not illegal. It is something that goes very undiscussed and is incredibly hard for victims to come to terms with for a variety of reasons. More broadly in the community formed by survivors- people with this type of trauma are seen as just as much as a victim as anyone else. Most individuals who are forced to abuse, assault, rape, kill, maim, torture, or otherwise harm other people, animals, and/or corpses are also additionally victimized themselves in similar if not the exact same ways they were forced to brutalize others. 

DV
Domestic Violence. Refers to abuse in the home. This sometimes extends to roommates and housemates who you can't get away from. Family members, spouses, partners, and so on.
