The sources listed on this website may or may not have been used by us for the information present on this site. The ones we personally have not used may be useful for others who want an easy access to sources about RAMCOA in general. This page will be continuously updated over time. This is a critically underresearched area- with a lot of the older materials having been bogged down with the Satanic Panic. It is important to note Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA) does exist- however any of the actual cases during that time period were bogged down with genuine fear mongering and false claims about things we would know as RAMCOA today. This is a very delicate subject and unfortunately still to this day all of RAMCOA is conflated with the Satanic Panic.
These are less so about where we got our information and more so resources for others in the community that may be helpful to use for self-recovery or (primarily) discussion with a therapist.
Written by Alison Miller, a well renowned person in the field of Ritual Abuse, Mind Control, and Organized Abuse.
This is a book made specifically for survivors of RAMCOA. It is best to go through this slowly and with many breaks due to its triggering nature.

This was the first book made on RAMCOA by Alison Miller that is well known. This is more geared to psychologists and psychiatrists and doctors/people treating you. If you have a therapist you may like to have them read this- or perhaps not.
A model made by Steven Hassan
Note: he has been known to say some transphobic things and may not be considered a great source- however his model is used very often.
This is a model made to classify cults. Cults do not need to hit every single point however it should hit a lot. Maybe more in one area than another. Can be incredibly triggering.
Note: not everything said by these people are going to be 100% accurate and helpful- there is also a lot to be critiqued due to some of their actions and words. Please be critical about things.
