Developed strategy and provided leadership for the capacity development and transformation of the Malaria supply chain.
Co-designing and implementing digital tools for managing and integrating malaria commodities with other supply chains.
Led the development of training materials for instructor-led and on-the-job field training for participants to improve data collection and reporting for the malaria supply chain.
Participating in the delivery of classroom seminars and developing standard operating procedures for ensuring the availability of critical health commodities.
Supporting co-delivery and facilitation of on-site training and planning and execution of project goals.
Coordinating and communicating closely with the project team, partners and providing accurate project documentation.

Major Responsibilities and Accomplishment
As the CEO, I led the implementation of the State Public Health Supply Chain Transformation Project (SCTP) working with donors and partners from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID) and Pamela Steele Associate. The goal of the Supply Chain Transformation initiative was to achieve an effective, efficient, end-to-end visible and well-coordinated Gold standard public health supply chain management system that would save lives and promote the well-being of the people of the State. I was responsible for providing an overall strategic implementation that successfully achieved the following:
Led the accountable multistakeholder committee to provide strategic leadership and governance on the implementation of the integrated public health supply chain for Reproductive health, Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health and Nutrition programs
Promoted equitable access to critical health commodities by influencing monthly publication of a Unified Selling Price List of over 1000 stock-keeping units of health commodities
Developed and deployed a new business plan for the Agency and secured government support and funding for execution
Executed acquisition of over 700 critical health commodity type valued at over four million dollars using strategic procurement
Led the shaping of the pharmaceutical markets by convening regular supplier-customer conferences for which enabled an affordable supply of priority health commodities
Influenced government and other stakeholders Investments in capacity building to develop human resource capacity in supply chain management. This resulted in 17 Government Staff obtaining an MSc. in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Led the design and deployment of a scalable business analytics platform and other digital supply chain tools for data collection and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making which enabled an affordable supply of priority health commodities
Improved Visibility of the State health supply chain system and promoted efficiency through performance-based incentive structure using the innovative digital technology to reward supply chain system performance
Deployed a real-time and fully transparent communication platform with all key stakeholders involved in the public health supply chain for information sharing and learning across the 23 Local Government Areas and 215 health facilities
Led the redesign of the State’s public health supply chain system to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. Supply chain cost improved from N301,860.00 per N1,000 of products value to N728.84 per N1,000 product value
Grew the Agency’s portfolio by identifying and Influencing sustainable government and donor funding support in the upgrade of the State’s warehousing capacity to Pharmaceutical grade Standard
Designed and deployed an innovative state-wide mentorship program for supportive supervision and continuous improvement of state staff through collaboration with Universities and secured sustainable funding from government, donors, and critical stakeholders.

Led the transformation of the pharmacy department and instituted standard operating procedures for all supply chain operations
Entrenched visibility and accountability by instituting monthly Revolving committee meetings with tracked financial activities across the entire operations.
Instituted zero-expiry policy and ensured demand-driven operations, which led to cost savings
As a member of top management, I provided strategic direction, which enabled the organization to accelerate the relocation to its permanent site.
Ensured over 90% availability of lifesaving medicines at the hospital by applying lean and agile techniques to procurement processes and instituted a sustainable procurement strategy
Instituted quality assurance and control procedures using standard operating procedures led to increased availability of high-quality health commodities
Upgraded the first standard warehouse facility for the storage of medicines in appropriate environmental condition
