Through responsible stewardship, annual dues, and community participation, RML supports lake care, dam safety, vegetation management, and the preservation of these treasured spaces for future generations.

Crystal Lake is a 26.6-acre swimmable lake offering restricted access for quiet paddle craft, fishing, and small electric-only motor boats. Mirror Lake is a 3.6-acre non-swimmable lake, valued for its natural beauty, wildlife, peaceful setting, and tranquil fishing opportunities.

Maintaining Crystal Lake and Mirror Lake requires steady planning, consistent funding, and responsible stewardship. Properties within the RML community are required to pay annual dues that support the preservation, maintenance, and responsible management of our shared common properties.

That responsibility is not small — and it is not optional.

RML’s duties include caring for the lakes, maintaining the dams, supporting vegetation control, and meeting applicable New Jersey law and NJDEP dam safety requirements. This work protects not only the lakes themselves, but also the safety, beauty, and value of the surrounding community.

In 2025, a newly elected Board began a renewed chapter for RML — one focused on transparency, clear communication, reliable operations, and rebuilding confidence through responsible action. The goal is simple: protect the lakes, strengthen the association, and preserve these shared resources for the benefit of all shareholders and the surrounding community.

When the lakes are cared for, everyone benefits. Healthy lakes support wildlife, enhance neighborhood beauty, protect recreational value, and contribute to the appeal and property values of the broader area — not only for lakefront homes, but for the community around them.
