Welcome to Raman Games. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all games and applications ("Services") developed and published by Raman Games ("we," "our," or "us"). 1. License to Use Our Services

Our games that include third-party advertising (including AppLovin/MAX) are intended for users aged 13 and older. By downloading and using our games, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country).

• If you are under 13, you must not use any of our games that include advertising or data collection features.

3. Accounts and Login (If Applicable)

Some future games may require or allow you to create an account or log in through third-party providers (e.g., Google, Facebook, Apple).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Raman Games is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Some of our games may offer in-app purchases, such as virtual currency, items, or premium features.

• All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's payment terms and refund policies.

• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by the app store's own refund policy. For refund requests, please refer to Google Play's refund policy or Apple's refund policy as applicable.

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services outside the game.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

5.1 Third-Party Ad Networks

Our games may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including but not limited to:

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Raman Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our games, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service. Your use of our Services is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our games at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or our business. You may stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
