Raman Games ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play any of our games or use our apps. This policy applies to all current and future games published under the Raman Games name.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information Most of our games can be played without creating an account. However, in future games we may offer login options (via email, Google, Facebook, Apple, or other methods) so players can:

• Save progress across devices

• Restore data if they reinstall the game

• Play online with friends or in multiplayer modes

In such cases, we may collect your email address, username, or profile ID, only as needed to enable account features.

• Gameplay Data Includes in-game progress, scores, achievements, and settings. Stored locally or in the cloud (if login features are used).

• Device Information Such as device model, OS version, IP address, and crash logs, collected to improve game performance and fix bugs.

• Advertising & Analytics Data Some of our games include third-party advertising and analytics SDKs. These services may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and behavioral/usage data to serve ads and measure performance. See Section 4 for a full list of our third-party partners.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Save and restore gameplay progress

• Enable cloud sync and cross-device play

• Improve game performance and security

• Provide customer support

• Show relevant advertisements (if ads are included in the game)

• Analyze overall player behavior in an anonymous, aggregated way

• Comply with legal obligations

3. Children's Privacy

Our games that include advertising (including AppLovin/MAX) are strictly intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not use AppLovin or any third-party ad SDK in any app directed at children.

• Any game rated for children (under 13) in app stores will not include AppLovin SDK, behavioral advertising, or any data collection beyond what is strictly necessary for gameplay.

• For games intended for general or older audiences, clear age ratings (13+) are displayed in app stores.

• If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal data through one of our games, please contact us immediately at info@ramangames.com and we will promptly delete the data.

4. Third-Party Advertising & Analytics Partners

Some of our games integrate third-party SDKs for advertising and analytics. These partners may collect and process data as described in their own privacy policies. Our current partners include:

We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties. Your interactions with any third-party service are subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising

You have the right to opt out of interest-based (personalized) advertising at any time:

• On iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

• On Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

• AppLovin Opt-Out: Visit https://www.applovin.com/optout/

When you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your interests.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Information may be shared only with:

• Trusted service providers (advertising, analytics, cloud storage, login providers) to support gameplay functionality

• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

• Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary:

• Gameplay and device data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

• Account data (if applicable) is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

• Advertising data collected by third-party SDKs is subject to those partners' own retention policies (typically up to 2 years).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data

• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (see Section 9 below)

• Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data

• Opt-out of personalized advertising: As described in Section 5

9. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@ramangames.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once deletion is complete.

If you created an account in any of our games, you may also delete your account directly from within the app (where available).

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. For account-related features, passwords and login tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as we release new features or games. Updates will be posted in our apps or on our official website at www.ramangames.com. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
