During Ralph’s tenure as Chief Engineer of 11 Madison Avenue, he was awarded the prestigious Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Award in 2020. This award is given to the Chief Engineers of buildings that are over one million square feet. There were over 400 buildings in the running, but Ralph’s practices were second to none. Under his tutelage, 11 Madison also won the Pinnacle Award, which is awarded to the premier building in New York City. These awards reflect the expertise in his management style and the efficiency and excellence in which his building was run. In addition, Ralph and his team won the Ken Shearer Award for Engineering.
