1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rally Score mobile application (“Rally Score” or the “App”), provided by Flowbit Labs (“Flowbit Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you are not legally able to accept these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them on your behalf. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP
Rally Score is a general-purpose, instant scoreboard designed for use with multiple sports and informal activities. Its features include:
- Adjusting and directly editing team scores;
- Editing team names and team colors;
- Editing display or timeout indicator slots;
- Reordering teams and resetting scoreboard values;
- Using a configurable match timer;
- Optional sound and vibration feedback;
- Portrait and landscape scoreboard orientations; and
- An option to keep the device screen awake while the scoreboard is in use.
Rally Score is a convenience tool only. It is not certified scoring equipment, an official match record, a referee, an official timekeeping system, or a safety-critical service. You remain responsible for verifying scores, time, match rules, and results independently.
3. ACCOUNTS AND SIGN-IN
Rally Score does not require or provide a Flowbit Labs account, a proprietary account login, or Google Play Games sign-in.
A Google Play account may still be required when you choose to use Google-operated services such as purchasing or restoring an in-app product, submitting a Play Store review, or installing an update. Use of a Google Play account for those services does not create a Rally Score account.
The core scoreboard is designed to remain usable without an internet connection. Advertising, purchases, purchase restoration, reviews, store links, and update checks require network access and the availability of the relevant Google Play services.
4. LIMITED LICENSE
Subject to these Terms, Flowbit Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control for lawful personal or organizational scoreboard use.
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by applicable law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive the App’s source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Interfere with the App, its advertising, billing, reward, review, or update mechanisms;
- Fraudulently obtain, simulate, or manipulate advertising rewards or purchase entitlements;
- Introduce malicious code or use the App to violate another person’s rights; or
- Use the App for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
5. USER-ENTERED SCOREBOARD INFORMATION
You may enter team names and edit team colors, scores, and display indicators. These values are processed on your device for the current App session. They are not written to persistent App storage and are discarded when the App session or process ends.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for ensuring that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights. Because team names may contain personal information, you should avoid entering sensitive information, full legal names, contact details, or confidential information.
The App does not provide sharing, public posting, cloud synchronization, or collaborative account features for this scoreboard information.
6. ADVERTISING AND REWARDED TIMER ACCESS
The free version of Rally Score may display advertising supplied through Google AdMob, including in-app display advertising, app-open advertising, and rewarded advertising.
Users without a valid ad-removal entitlement may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to access the timer for the period displayed in the App, currently four hours. The reward is subject to completion of the applicable advertising flow and confirmation by the advertising service. Advertising inventory, loading, completion reporting, and reward availability are not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions, regional availability, device settings, or third-party service failures.
You are not required to watch a rewarded advertisement to use the core scoreboard without the timer.
Advertisements are provided by third parties. Flowbit Labs does not endorse and is not responsible for an advertiser’s products, services, content, claims, websites, or privacy practices. Any interaction or transaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
7. ONE-TIME AD-REMOVAL PURCHASE
Rally Score offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through Google Play Billing. This purchase is not a subscription.
While a valid entitlement is recognized:
- Advertising is removed from the App; and
- You may initiate timer access without watching a rewarded advertisement, for the access period displayed in the App.
The price, currency, taxes, payment method, and transaction terms shown in the Google Play purchase interface apply. Google Play processes the payment. Flowbit Labs does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card or bank-account information.
The purchase is associated with the Google Play account used for the transaction, not with a Rally Score account. Purchase restoration and ownership synchronization depend on Google Play recognizing the purchase for the current Google Play account and device environment.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, canceled, invalidated, or no longer reported as owned by Google Play, the related entitlement may be removed. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law.
A “one-time purchase” describes the payment model. It does not guarantee that the App, every feature, or compatibility with every device or operating-system version will remain available indefinitely.
8. DEVICE FEATURES
Rally Score may use:
- Internet and network-state access for ads and Google Play services;
- Device vibration for optional haptic feedback;
- Audio output for optional scoreboard sounds; and
- A screen-awake flag to prevent the display from sleeping while the feature is enabled.
The App does not require microphone access to produce its sounds and does not record audio.
Keeping the screen awake may increase battery consumption, heat, or power usage. Sound, vibration, timing, and screen-awake behavior may vary by device, operating system, power-saving settings, and hardware availability. You can turn off sound, vibration, or screen-awake behavior through the App’s available controls.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Rally Score relies on third-party services for certain optional or network-connected functions, including:
- Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK;
- Google Play Billing;
- Google Play in-app reviews;
- Google Play update-availability checks; and
- Google Play Store pages and services.
These services are operated under their own terms and privacy policies. Flowbit Labs does not control their availability, data handling, account requirements, or service decisions.
As of the date above, Rally Score does not integrate a separate developer-operated analytics service or remote crash-reporting SDK. Google advertising and Play services may nevertheless process app interactions, analytics, diagnostics, performance information, and fraud-prevention signals as part of their own services.

10. IN-APP REVIEWS
The App may occasionally ask whether the Google Play in-app review interface is available and may display that interface after certain usage conditions are met.
Submitting a rating or review is optional. Ratings and review text are sent to Google Play and are governed by Google’s terms and privacy practices. Reviews may become public on Google Play or may be shared privately with the developer when submitted through an applicable testing track.
11. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE APP
Rally Score may check Google Play to determine whether an update is available and may recommend that you visit the Play Store to install it. Where offered, you may be able to postpone the reminder.
Flowbit Labs may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue all or part of the App to improve functionality, address security or compatibility issues, comply with legal requirements, or change business operations.
Some updates may be required for continued compatibility or access. Flowbit Labs does not guarantee support for every device, Android version, screen configuration, or third-party service indefinitely.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its software, design, graphics, interface, branding, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Flowbit Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“Rally Score,” “Flowbit Labs,” and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, libraries, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
13. PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by the Rally Score Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the App’s on-device processing, local storage, advertising data, Google Play service data, retention, deletion, and security practices.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally Score is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Flowbit Labs does not guarantee that:
- Scores, timer values, or display indicators will always be accurate or uninterrupted;
- The timer will continue without interruption when the operating system suspends or terminates the App;
- Sound, vibration, orientation, or screen-awake behavior will work identically on every device;
- Advertising or rewarded advertising will always be available;
- Purchases or restoration will always complete immediately;
- Reviews, update checks, or other Google Play services will always be available; or
- The App will be free from all errors, interruptions, or compatibility issues.
You should maintain an independent method of confirming official scores and time whenever accuracy is important.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowbit Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunity, goodwill, match results, or business arising from or related to use of the App.
Flowbit Labs is not responsible for incorrect scorekeeping, timer interruption, battery depletion, device behavior, advertising content, Google Play outages, unauthorized purchases made through your device or account, or decisions made in reliance on the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Flowbit Labs may suspend or discontinue the App, or restrict access to particular functionality, where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, fraud, security risks, third-party service changes, legal obligations, or discontinuation of the App.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing-law provisions—will remain in effect.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Flowbit Labs may update these Terms when the App, applicable law, or third-party services change. The revised Terms will display a new “Last updated” date and may be made available through the App, the Google Play listing, or the policy page.
Your continued use of the App after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, stop using the App.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be submitted to courts having lawful jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction or provides additional protections.
