PRIVACY POLICY
Rally Score
Developer: Flowbit Labs
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Flowbit Labs (“Flowbit Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Rally Score Android application (“Rally Score” or the “App”).
This Policy applies to the App and related support communications. Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play process information under their own privacy policies.
2. PRIVACY SUMMARY
Rally Score is designed around the following principles:
- No Rally Score or Flowbit Labs account is required;
- No proprietary login or Google Play Games login is provided;
- User-entered team names, colors, scores, and display indicators are processed on the device for the current session;
- Those scoreboard values are not persistently saved after the App session or process ends;
- Limited preferences and timer state are stored locally on the device;
- The App does not upload scoreboard information to a Flowbit Labs server;
- Flowbit Labs does not operate an App backend, cloud-save system, or account database for Rally Score; and
- Google advertising and Google Play services may process data independently when their features are used.
3. INFORMATION PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE
3.1 Temporary Scoreboard Information
The App temporarily processes information you enter or create, including:
- Team names;
- Team colors;
- Team scores;
- Display or timeout indicator counts and states; and
- Team order and current scoreboard state.
This information exists in the App’s active memory. It is not written to persistent Rally Score storage, synchronized to the cloud, or transmitted to Flowbit Labs. It is discarded when the App session or process ends.
Team names can contain personal information if you choose to enter a person’s name. You should avoid entering sensitive personal information, contact details, confidential information, or any information that you do not have permission to use.
3.2 Locally Stored App Data
Rally Score stores limited operational data in local device preferences, including:
- Selected App language;
- Sound, vibration, and screen-awake preferences;
- Timer duration, remaining time, running state, and target completion time;
- The expiration time of rewarded timer access;
- A local cached indicator that an ad-removal purchase is active;
- Counts and timestamps used to determine whether an in-app review prompt may be appropriate;
- Update-availability results, the time of the last update check, and update-reminder postponement;
- First-launch and limited advertising-display eligibility markers; and
- Other minimal technical settings needed to restore App behavior.
This data is used only to provide the corresponding functionality. It is not automatically uploaded to Flowbit Labs.
3.3 Support Communications
If you voluntarily contact Flowbit Labs by email, we may receive:
- Your email address;
- The contents of your message;
- Information you choose to include about your device or problem; and
- Any attachments you choose to send.
Support communications are not collected automatically by the App. They are processed only to answer your request, troubleshoot a problem, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations. Email communications may also be processed by the email service used to send and receive them.
4. INFORMATION THE APP DOES NOT DIRECTLY REQUEST
Rally Score does not directly request or provide App functionality for collecting:
- Precise GPS location;
- Contacts;
- Photos, videos, or device files;
- Camera content;
- Microphone or audio recordings;
- Health or fitness records;
- Biometric information;
- SMS or call data;
- Notification content;
- A Rally Score account profile; or
- Google Play Games profile information.
The App plays locally generated scoreboard sounds through device audio output. It does not require microphone access and does not record or upload raw audio.
Advertising services may estimate a device’s general location from its IP address. This is different from Rally Score requesting precise device location permission.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND DATA PROCESSING
5.1 Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads
Rally Score uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide display, app-open, and rewarded advertising.
According to Google’s disclosures, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- Advertising, app-set, device, and related identifiers;
- Where applicable, identifiers related to accounts signed in on the device;
- App and advertising interactions, such as App launches, taps, ad impressions, and rewarded-video views;
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as startup performance, hangs, and energy usage; and
- Information used for advertising delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
The type of advertising and processing may vary by country, applicable law, device settings, advertising settings, and consent or privacy choices made available through Google or the device. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited where supported.
Rally Score does not send team names, team colors, scores, display indicators, or timer contents to AdMob as advertising-request data.
When a valid ad-removal purchase is recognized, the App is designed not to display or request ads. Google Mobile Ads components may remain included in or be initialized by the App as part of its advertising integration, but advertising objects are disabled when the entitlement is active.
Google’s advertising data practices are governed by Google’s policies:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure
5.2 Google Play Billing
Rally Score uses Google Play Billing for an optional one-time ad-removal purchase.
Google Play may process:
- Google Play account information;
- Product and price information;
- Payment and transaction information;
- Purchase status and purchase history;
- Transaction or purchase identifiers; and
- Information used for payment processing, entitlement management, security, and fraud prevention.
Google Play, rather than Flowbit Labs, handles your complete payment credentials. Rally Score receives sufficient product and purchase-status information to determine whether the purchase was completed, restored, or remains owned.
The App stores only a local ad-removal entitlement indicator. It periodically reconciles that indicator with ownership information supplied by Google Play. Rally Score does not upload purchase records or payment credentials to a Flowbit Labs backend.
5.3 Google Play In-App Reviews
Rally Score may use the Google Play in-app review interface.
Before requesting the interface, the App stores local counters and timestamps such as:
- Approximate installation or first-use time;
- App launch count;
- Meaningful-action count; and
- Time of the last review prompt.
These values remain on the device and are used only to avoid prompting too early or too frequently.
If you voluntarily submit a rating or written review, Google Play collects and processes that content. A review may be publicly displayed on Google Play or, for an applicable testing track, shared privately with the developer. You can manage or delete submitted reviews through your Google Play Store or Google Account.
5.4 Google Play Update Checks
Rally Score uses Google Play’s update service to check whether a newer version is available. Google states that this service may process device metadata, the installed application version, and information about installed modules or asset packs to determine update availability and expected update size.
The App locally stores whether an update was reported as available, the time of the check, and any reminder-postponement time. Rally Score does not operate a separate update-check server.
5.5 Analytics and Crash Reporting
As of the “Last updated” date, Rally Score does not integrate a standalone developer-operated analytics SDK or remote crash-reporting service such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or Sentry.
Local error reporting in the App writes diagnostic messages only to local or system debug logs and does not upload those logs to Flowbit Labs.
Google Mobile Ads and Google Play services may independently process product interactions, analytics, diagnostic information, performance information, and fraud-prevention signals as described above and under Google’s own policies.
5.6 Similar Services
The current App uses the Google services identified in this Policy. If a comparable advertising, billing, analytics, crash-reporting, or platform service is introduced later, this Policy will be updated where required before materially different processing occurs.
6. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Information is processed for the following purposes:
- Operating the instant scoreboard;
- Applying user-selected language and device-feedback preferences;
- Restoring timer state after an App restart;
- Managing rewarded timer-access periods;
- Confirming and restoring the ad-removal entitlement;
- Loading, displaying, and measuring advertising;
- Supporting advertising security and fraud prevention;
- Determining whether to offer an in-app review prompt;
- Checking whether a Google Play update is available;
- Responding to voluntary support requests;
- Diagnosing local App errors; and
- Complying with applicable law and protecting users, Flowbit Labs, and third parties.
7. DEVICE PERMISSIONS AND CAPABILITIES
Rally Score directly declares or uses the following Android capabilities:
Internet Access
Used to load advertisements and communicate with Google Play services for purchases, restoration, reviews, updates, and store pages.
Network-State Access
Used to determine whether network-dependent functionality may be available.
Vibration
Used for optional haptic feedback when scoreboard controls are used.
Screen-Awake Flag
Used to keep the display active while enabled. This does not require access to personal information but may increase battery usage.
Audio Output
Used to play optional scoreboard sound effects generated and played on the device. No microphone permission is required.
The App does not directly request location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification, photo, or file-storage permissions for its scoreboard functionality.
8. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Flowbit Labs does not upload, sell, or share user-entered team names, team colors, scores, or display-indicator data.
Other information may be processed or disclosed in these limited circumstances:
- To Google through the advertising and Google Play integrations described in this Policy;
- To an email provider when you voluntarily contact support;
- When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful governmental request;
- When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or violations of legal rights; or
- With your direction or consent.
Flowbit Labs may receive aggregate advertising or store reports, purchase-entitlement status, and ratings or reviews through Google’s developer services. Google controls the underlying platform processing and retention.
9. DATA STORAGE
Temporary scoreboard information is held in the App’s active memory.
Persistent preferences and timer state are stored in the App’s local storage area on your device using operating-system-provided storage.
Advertising, billing, review, and update data is processed within Google’s systems under Google’s own policies.
Support emails are stored through the email services used by the sender and Flowbit Labs.
Rally Score does not maintain a proprietary remote database containing scoreboard information, App accounts, or synchronized timer data.
10. DATA RETENTION
Temporary Scoreboard Data
Team names, colors, scores, and display-indicator state are retained only for the current App session or process.
Local Preferences and Timer State
Locally stored settings and timer state remain until they are changed, reset, cleared through Android settings, or removed when the App is uninstalled. Time-limited timer access expires automatically according to its stored expiration time.
Purchase Entitlement
The local ad-removal indicator remains until cleared or reconciled with Google Play. The underlying purchase record is retained by Google according to its policies and may be restored after local App data is deleted.
Review and Update State
Local review-prompt and update-reminder records remain until App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Reviews submitted to Google Play remain according to Google’s retention rules and your Google Account choices.
Advertising and Google Play Data
Google determines retention for data processed through AdMob and Google Play.
Support Communications
Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
11. DATA DELETION AND USER CHOICES
You can delete locally stored Rally Score data by:
- Clearing the App’s storage through Android system settings; or
- Uninstalling the App.
Clearing local data removes App preferences, timer state, local prompt records, and the cached ad-removal indicator. It does not cancel or erase an underlying Google Play purchase. An eligible purchase may be recognized or restored again through the Google Play account that owns it.
You may also:
- Turn off sound, vibration, or screen-awake behavior through the App;
- Decline a rewarded advertisement and continue using the core scoreboard without the timer;
- Manage advertising personalization and identifiers through Android settings and Google’s My Ad Center;
- Reset or delete the Android advertising ID through supported device settings;
- Manage or delete Play Store reviews through Google Play or your Google Account; and
- Request deletion of eligible support correspondence by emailing Flowbit Labs.
Google controls deletion requests relating to data held in Google’s systems. Flowbit Labs generally cannot identify or access information stored only on your device and therefore cannot remotely retrieve or delete that local data for you.
Google My Ad Center:

12. SECURITY
Flowbit Labs limits Rally Score’s persistent storage to the data needed for App functionality and does not operate a scoreboard-data backend.
Local data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your device and Android. Google states that data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Play Core services is encrypted in transit.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Flowbit Labs cannot guarantee absolute security, particularly for third-party systems, compromised devices, rooted devices, or information that you voluntarily disclose through email.
13. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Rally Score does not ask users to create an account or provide their age, legal name, or contact details. User-entered scoreboard labels remain on the device and are not uploaded to Flowbit Labs.
Parents or guardians should supervise a child’s use of advertising, Google Play purchases, and support email, and should configure the child’s device and Google account appropriately. If you believe a child has voluntarily sent personal information to Flowbit Labs through support email, contact us to request appropriate deletion.
14. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Google and email providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards.
Flowbit Labs does not independently transfer user-entered scoreboard information because that information is not uploaded to Flowbit Labs.
15. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information, including access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent.
Because Rally Score does not maintain an App account or developer server containing your local scoreboard data, Flowbit Labs generally cannot identify or retrieve that data. You can control it directly by ending the App session, clearing App storage, or uninstalling the App.
For rights concerning Google-held data, use the controls and request methods provided by Google. For support communications held by Flowbit Labs, contact us using the email address below. We may need enough information to verify and process your request.
16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The App may open Google Play, a privacy-policy page, an advertiser’s page, or another external destination. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites, apps, or services.
Review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party destination before providing information.
17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Flowbit Labs may update this Privacy Policy when App functionality, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change.
The revised Policy will display an updated date and may be published through the App, the Google Play listing, or the applicable policy page. Materially different processing will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory privacy or consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
