This is an initiative by the Selangor State Government to support senior citizens and persons with disabilities (OKU) through the provision of annual birthday vouchers. Eligible recipients will receive RM150 shopping vouchers to help with daily necessities.
Collection of the vouchers is organised based on your birth month and follows a quarterly schedule:
Phase 1: January – March (ENDED)
Phase 2: April – June (ONGOING)
Phase 3: July – September (NOT STARTED)
Phase 4: October – December (NOT STARTED)
For example, if your birthday falls in May, you may collect your voucher from April to June at your respective DUN Service Centre. If you missed the dates, there is no replacement of vouchers given.
The voucher is valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date of issuance. Please note that the voucher can only be used at NSK Grocer, 3 Damansara.
This programme is open to registered members of Skim Mesra Usia Emas (SMUE) aged 60 and above, as well as OKU registered with JKM. Kindly note that new registrations for Skim Mesra are currently temporarily closed.
How to Claim Your Voucher
Check your registration status via https://smue.yawas.my/semakan/
Visit the Service Centre during your collection phase and bring along your MyKad (IC) for verification.
If you are collecting on behalf of another person, you must bring along both your IC and the recipient’s IC for verification purposes.
Khairat Darul Ehsan (KDE) is an initiative by the Selangor State Government designed to provide support and ease the burden of beneficiaries. It offers a death benefit of RM1,000 to Selangor residents aged 50 and above and persons with disabilities (OKU) who are registered voters and permanent residents of Selangor.
How to Register?
Visit kde.yawas.com.my and follow the instructions given. All registrations are made online.

This initiative offers assistance for basic healthcare and protection benefits for low-income households. It includes coverage for basic medical treatment at registered clinics, selected vaccinations, and additional protection benefits that can be claimed by active members or their beneficiaries.

Recipient Categories & Eligibility:
Family Category: Household income of RM3,000 or less and dependents aged 21 years or below (students).
Individual Category: Household income of RM2,000 or less, OR registered OKU cardholders, OR senior citizens aged 65 and above.
Other Requirements: Applicants must be registered voters and have been permanent residents of Selangor for more than 10 years.
Required Documents:
Iltizam Sihat Selangor application form
Copy of latest salary slip / pension / EA / EPF / income statement
Copy of IC of applicant and dependents (children under 21) for family applications
Copy of OKU card (if applicable)
Copy of voter registration verification (mysprsemak.spr.gov.my) for the main applicant
Surat Sumpah from the Commissioner of Oath (if the applicant is not working)
