This programme aims to provide essential goods at more affordable prices, helping to ease the cost of living for residents in the surrounding community. A variety of daily necessities, including basic food items, will be made available at discounted rates for a limited time. This initiative is part of ongoing efforts to ensure that support reaches those who need it most, while making essential goods more accessible at the community level.

The session will explore personal recollections and perspectives, from everyday life in earlier decades to the transformation of neighbourhoods over time. Whether you are a long-time resident or new to the area, this is a chance to deepen your appreciation of Petaling Jaya’s heritage and community spirit.

“Breakfast with ADUN Bukit Gasing” is a community programme that brings residents together for a relaxed morning of connection and conversation. Held in a casual setting, this session creates space for neighbours to meet, interact, and build stronger ties within the community. 

At the same time, residents will have the opportunity to engage directly with your State Representative, to share feedback, raise local concerns, and have open discussions on matters affecting the neighbourhood. It is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen both community bonds and communication between residents and their elected representative.  

Whether you are a long-time resident or new to the area, all are welcome to join, connect, and be part of the community.

State Assembly Visit aims to offer participants a closer look into how the State Legislative Assembly functions. This visit provides a valuable opportunity to better understand the roles and responsibilities of elected representatives, as well as the processes involved in law-making and governance at the state level. Participants will gain insights into the workings of the assembly, including how debates are conducted, how decisions are made, and how public policies are shaped. 

The session may also include a sharing by YB Rajiv, where participants can learn more about his work as an ADUN and engage in a dialogue on current issues and public service.
