Integrating high-performance inorganic ceramic materials into flexible electronics has long been considered a technical challenge because of the conceptual clash between rigidity and flexibility. To address these issues, we developed a novel solution to incorporate rigid NiZn–ferrite (NZF) ceramic films into a flexible WPT module via aerojet-printing and laser-sintering processes.
Integrating high-performance inorganic ceramic materials into flexible electronics has long been considered a technical challenge because of the conceptual clash between rigidity and flexibility. The existing conventional manufacturing techniques faces censorious challenges in fabricating the multi-layered devices onto 2.5D, 3D and complex shaped target surfaces. In order to overcome this, we are developing various direct ink printable multi-functional inks for fabricating devices on multi-dimensional surfaces even that is complex shape, i.e., transforming virtually any surface into a viable platform for various classes of devices regardless of its shape and size.
