Biography

Dr. Rajapandiyan Panneerselvam has been working as an Assistant Professor (Chemistry) at SRM University, Andhra Pradesh, India. Dr. Raja received his Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Madras in 2009. In 2014, he received his Ph.D. (Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy) from National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan under the guidance of Prof. Jyisy Yang (Advisor- Peter Griffiths). Dr. Raja acquired almost 7 years of postdoctoral experience in world-class research institutes including the University of Alabama at Birmingham (USA), the University of Leipzig (Germany), and Xiamen University (China). His research interests include surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, spectro-electrochemistry, 3D printing, microfluidics, bio-SERS, analytical chemistry, food, and environmental analysis. He has published more than 40 research articles in various high-impact journals including Nature Reviews Materials, Chemical Reviews, Light Science & Applications, JACS, Carbon, Lab-on-a-Chip, and Analytical Chemistry.
