This style of massage has the foundation of a deep listening. Whatever is present for you, I begin by listening deeply, then ask permission from the body to allow me to do whatever work I am invited to do. I draw from a range of different modalities, from Swedish, Structural Integration, Polarity, Chinese Medicine, and Thai Massage, and we co-create an experience that is specific for our bodies needs. Sometimes drawing on my anatomical wisdom and offering the client to tune in to their own body, if that is what is needed. Essentially, my intention is to Remind my clients of the brilliant wisdom of their own bodies and invited them into an Inner listening to find the reZilience that lies within.
