Raissa Fabregas

Raissa is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Public Affairs at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. She received a PhD from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2018, specializing in development and labor economics. She has an M.Sc. in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.

Her research interests include understanding barriers to human capital accumulation and labor market access and evaluating interventions to improve public service delivery at scale in developing countries.
