Raissa Fabregas

I'm an Assistant Professor of Public Affairs at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. I received a PhD from the Harvard Kennedy School in 2018, specializing in development and labor economics. I also hold an M.Sc. in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.

My research interests include understanding barriers to human capital accumulation and labor market access and evaluating interventions to improve public service delivery at scale in developing countries.
