I don't have a username, why can't I create one?
The usernames are specifically provided to us by the Umpire panel. If you require a username, please get in touch with them. We are only able to add panel umpires who have been passed on to us via the panel admin.
I don't understand a concept or I'm having trouble navigating the app, can I get help or advice?
Absolutely you can. Please email us at raindelayapp@gmail.com and we can clarify exactly what you are struggling with, perhaps schedule a call if necessary so we can talk through it together.
My app is crashing or not functioning the way it should be, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing raindelayapp@gmail.com and we will respond swiftly to solve the issue.
Can I use my app on multiple devices?
Currently the app is coded to allow one device per username. If you need specific additional devices, we can arrange access for you. Please email us at raindelayapp@gmail.com and we will get it sorted.
Can I share my username with a friend?
The app is coded to allow one device per username, so access will not be granted on another person's device.
