"Hey @everyone - a couple of things I wanted to call your attention to. If you've read through the show packet, you may have already seen that as of this year, we are limiting breed documentation to a half page. This hasn't been too much of an issue in the past, but I decided to make it an official policy this year - a full page is just too much. (There's more leeway for collectability and performance documentation, but do please try to keep those on the smaller side when you can) If you need help resizing, please feel free to ask here or in Model Horse Documentation Creation and someone will be happy to assist!
In addition, since BreyerFest Open will now have a list of breeds that don't need documentation, I'll be working on something similar for RRL. Stay tuned.
Lastly, we are now adding Lesli Kathman's breed classification list to our collection of helpful resources along with the NAMHSA list - this is due to Lesli's list helping to ensure similar body types are showing against similar body types. If you have questions about breed placement, check out those lists but also feel free to ask! I will be making an official thread for breed questions to try to keep things centralized.

2-24-2026: Thank you for your continued patience. Show packet is finished - Code of Conduct will follow shortly in its own separate document. The class list has been updated to add Performance Workmanship classes. Show packet and class lists have been posted in the show's Facebook group, and as soon as I can get Google to cooperate, I will get them uploaded here on the website as well. If you have not yet paid the show entry fee, please try to do so by Saturday, March 14th. If this is an issue, please contact me and we'll work it out.
1-11-2026: Show is SOLD OUT!! Wow, thank you so much everyone!!! We do have a wait list, as well as probably one or two more round tables if anyone is interested in one of those, OR we do have enough room to allow people to bring their own tables. I am currently still working on updating the show packet, class list, etc., which will be sent out in an email to all entrants as well as made available here as soon as it's ready. Thank you for your patience while I recover from last weekend's unexpected family funeral.
1-9-2026: Entries open TOMORROW, January 10th at 7pm EST. At that time, to reserve an entry slot, send an email to freestyleequestrian@gmail.com with the subject line "RRL 2026" and "Save me a spot!" in the body of the message. We have 35 tables available. We will have an electronic entry form available this year for those who prefer it, and payment is due within three weeks.
