Ashchurch to Cheltenham

This walk climbs the western side of the Cotswolds at Cleeve Hill, giving fantastic views over the Severn Plain.  The start is fairly flat until it gradually climbs to the village of Gotherington.  It approaches Cheltenham via the racecourse, the Pump House and an old railway line, converted into a Sustrans path, which leads towards the station.  Please bring a picnic - the rural pubs are not open on Mondays.
