The Republic of Raft Island claims the Antarctic archipelago of Kevin II Islands. There are around 20 islands within this grouping and some are inhabited, mainly with researchers from the Republic as well as other allied countries. Some countries call these islands the South Shetland Islands but many others reconize them as the Kevin II Islands. Mainly, the United Kingdom denies these claims as well as Chile.
